**About the Opportunity**
The purpose of this role is to undertake a project to replace the IT infrastructure located at UniSC’s Innovation Centre, gathering business requirements and establishing site-specific processes. This will involve supporting a diverse range of client focused systems to provide reliable infrastructure computing services for the Innovation Centre members. You will facilitate coordination between Innovation Centre members and IT systems to ensure a supportable and maintainable environment that meets the clients needs. You will liaise with stakeholders and provide support to the Innovation Centre’s wired and wireless network infrastructure including firewalls, out-of-band management services and core and edge switches.
**Y**ou will*
- provide primary support for UniSC's network infrastructure including WAN, LAN (Wired & Wireless) and other infrastructure services;
- implement cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, support and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, information management, on-call and other required process and procedures to support the Innovation Centre systems; and
- project manage, coordinate and infrastructure fit-out of the Innovation Centre replacement including structured cabling, WAN design, Wireless, technical delivery and support.

**About you**
You will use your sound judgment, initiative and problem-solving ability to develop and implement quick solutions or workarounds in high pressure situations. You work just as well collaboratively, as you do independently, to deliver desired outcomes in a high-volume work environment. Your key to success is providing exceptional professional customer service to clients with varying levels of technological experience.
**You will possess**:

- demonstrated experience in relevant technologies such as: Cisco Switches and Wireless Technologies, Arista Switches, Dell switches, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Cloud and Azure technologies, Solarwinds and other technology platforms. Some Server and Storage experience would be beneficial (Active Directory, DHCP, IPAM, and other infrastructure core technologies);
- experience in supporting SD-WAN, WAN router services, software defined network experience and other modern network infrastructure technologies.;
- experience in both technical lead and project management roles, including but not limited to the following: project governance, business analysis, communication and experience with project methodologies and frameworks; and
- demonstrated experience of the ITIL framework and processes.
