At ESET, our Business Specialist supports and grows the engagement with key channel partners within assigned territories in Australia.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be part of a strong team of Business Specialists within the Channel Sales organization.
Job description
- Improve and optimise channel relationships in order to drive growth of the business
- Identify new opportunities and recruit new channel partners
- Creating sales pitches
- Executing sales objectives and 6 month targets- Supporting the sales team with creating quotes and responding to RFPs
- Maintaining sales certifications and knowledge of all ESET products
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Support the sales team to identify and co-create a comprehensive pipeline- Supporting the forecasting process accurately to management and ability to close against forecast
- Build long-term relationships with new accounts and existing partners
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Researching market and industry trends
- Works closely with sales operations and sales team, leveraging the pre-sales architects to close deals and manage pipelines.- Work with partners and customers on renewals and upgrades
