What we're looking for:

  • Qualified with a Certificate III, Diploma, or ECT in Early Childhood Education.
  • A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
  • A bright, bubbly, and fun-loving personality that brings energy to every classroom.
  • Ability to work reliably and professionally across casual shifts.

Your role:

As a casual Early Childhood Educator, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality educational experiences to children aged 0–6. You'll be involved in:

  • Planning and supporting play-based learning experiences.
  • Assisting with daily routines, educational activities, and creative projects.
  • Supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Upholding the highest standards of care and safety within exceeding-rated centres.

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, 7 am – 6 pm, across multiple Sydney locations, giving you the flexibility to work when it suits you. Whether you're looking to supplement your current work, gain more experience, or grow your career in early childhood education, we'd love to hear from you
