**The Role**:
**As a store crew member, duties include but not limited to**:

- **Outstanding customer service**:

- **Making great tasting and consistent food and drinks**:

- **Taking customer order**:

- **Opening and closing procedures**:

- **Imparting knowledge to customers about FUTURE CANTEEN products**:

- **Learning and following company policies and procedures**

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude**:

- **Ability to multi-task and work independently and within a team a must**:

- **Experience in a food and retail environment is advantageous (we are willing to train the right staff member)**:

- **Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods**:

- **Excellent communication and time management skills**:

- **Able to commute to Balaclava and South Melbourne**:

- **Able and willing to work weekends**

**Salary**: $24.73 - $30.91 per hour with penalty rates on weekends and public holidays

Pay: $17.96 - $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

- Balaclava, VIC 3183: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
