Overview:
As the Strategic Account Executive - CCaaS and Voice Solutions, reporting to the Voice team in the USA, you will establish and lead a new business pipeline for our voice and CCaaS solutions to see focused growth predominantly from existing clients and entering into new markets and lines of business across the APAC region working in close agreement with your team.
You will:
- Establish and lead a new business pipeline for our voice and CCaaS solutions to see focused growth predominantly from existing clients and entering into new markets and lines of business.
- Identify and qualify Voice / CCaaS opportunities together with the broader LivePerson team (core CPs, Marketing, SDR team)
- Cultivate customer relationships at all levels that strengthen, broaden and deepen LivePerson Voice reach and coverage as measured by increased profit, client satisfaction, and recognition from customers that LivePerson is a trusted strategic partner.
- Conduct weekly business and strategy updates with your manager and team
- Participate in strategic innovation projects and operating plans to inspire creativity, growth, and operational excellence across LivePerson and with the customers.
- Advocate industry and customer needs, feature requests, and goals within the LivePerson organisation to support and ensure the prioritisation and investment in innovation that keeps Liveperson ahead of the market
- Manage customer contracts, amendments, and contract renewals
- Help establish monitor and report customer volumes, forecasts, and order conversion
- Together with the LivePerson CP/AE, own all customer communication, new solution awareness, solution adoption, and best practice expertise
- Become an expert on the customer's industry and business to ensure we are bringing to our customers the best solutions and programs
- Partner with internal departments to ensure that customer issues are dealt with.
You have:
- 5+ years account executive and management experience in the SaaS, management consulting, software, or technology environment in the Contact Centre environment
- 5+ years experience working with C-level Client executives and selling solutions into the Contact Centre environment.
- A working knowledge of analytics is helpful.
- Excellent client relationship, team leadership, and delivery skills throughout all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent data analysis and modelling expertise
- Motivated, persistent, and with experience driving change with clients
