The Platform Services function provides technical support services across the technology platforms that support the Customer & Stakeholder, and Corporate Services divisions of Coliban Water.

**Salary**: $115,162 - $139,851 + Superannuation

**Key Responsibilities**:
As our Platforms Lead - Customer & Corporate, you’ll be accountable for:

- Understand and manage the technologies you're responsible for, including their costs and effectiveness for the business and lead the maintenance of these technologies, ensuring they support business outcomes efficiently and with consideration of risk management.
- Stay engaged with key stakeholders and broader business goals, so you can clearly communicate the value of your team’s services, guiding your team and presenting to internal customers.
- Define platform services in alignment with Coliban's business system architectures.
- Take ownership of platform and system design, including developing roadmaps for their evolution.
- Oversee the delivery of IT platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Lead a team of 3-5.

**About you**:

- Tertiary Degree in information technology, computer science or related field, combined with 5 or more years of experience.
- Certifications or demonstrated experience in delivery of Salesforce, Aptumo, and relevant Finance and Commercial systems.
- Relevant Professional certifications including Agile/DevOps and Project management or equivalent advantageous.
