**About the Role**

As a Reaction Team Member at Zone RV, you’ll be part of a specialised support crew that keeps caravan production moving smoothly across multiple bays. When demand peaks or team members are on leave, you’ll step in to help build and assemble our premium off-road caravans, ensuring workflow, quality, and output never miss a beat.

You’ll rotate through key areas of the production line — including structural assembly, fit-out, preparation, quality checks, and general support — working closely with Bay Leaders, Supervisors, and the QA team. This role suits someone who thrives on variety, hands-on work, teamwork, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Carry out caravan building and assembly tasks across multiple production bays to quality standards
- Provide flexible coverage during staff absences and high-demand periods to maintain production flow
- Conduct quality checks and report non-conformances to ensure a premium end product
- Support production teams to achieve daily build targets and maintain efficient workflow
- Follow safety protocols and maintain WHS compliance at all times
- Accurately record task completion, quality checks, and incidents in production systems
- Identify and suggest process improvements to Supervisors
- Participate in cross-training to support multiple areas of the production process

**About You**

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or related trade (caravan experience ideal)
- Strong adaptability and ability to work across varied production functions
- Problem-solving mindset and effective communication skills
- Trade qualification in manufacturing, assembly, or related field (desirable)
- Forklift and First Aid certifications (advantageous)
- Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel)
