**Practice Manager**

Campbelltown North Animal Hospital, AKA Dr Spot; is looking for a Practice Manager who can make a real impact on the well-being of our Staff, Clients, Patients and Hospital.

As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary hospital. You will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, collaborate with veterinarians, and provide top-notch customer service to our valued clients. Your organisational and leadership skills will be key in maintaining efficient clinic workflows and delivering exceptional patient care

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the veterinary hospital, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Lead and mentor a team of six vet nurses.
- Implement and maintain protocols that ensure the safety and well-being of all patients, clients, and staff members.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to discharge.
- Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hospital operations.

**About you**
- Previous experience in veterinary practice management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for animal care and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
