As a Receptionist at Coverforce, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients, employees, and guests. In addition to managing the reception area, you will also provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
We have 100 employees on site, 2 receptionists and 2 meeting rooms which are in constant use. We also remotely manage our new Melbourne office, and service our clients and partners Australia wide.
**About you**
- Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, office management experience or similar in a corporate office.
- Strong MS Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in organising events and catering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Respect for confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Able to suggest and implement process improvements where possible
**About the role**
- Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate departments and individuals Australia wide.
- Meet and greet customers, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner, attending to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Organise events and catering with attention to detail and a creative flair.
- Assist with office management, liaising with building management and suppliers and organising repairs and maintenance as required.
- Make travel bookings for our executive team and provide general assistance.
- Become knowledgeable about our business operations and cycles to effectively provide assistance and support.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry and calendar management.
- Embody the company's values of exceptional customer service and teamwork, serving as a cultural ambassador in all interactions.
