**About the role**
This role involves efficiently performing warehouse and logistics tasks, including picking and packing, to support the Independence Australia Group's mission of providing choices and services for people with a disability or other personal need, enabling them to regain and retain their independence within an inclusive community.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders, meeting national KPIs and ensuring items are organized and safely packed
- Accurately receive and process goods, verifying against purchase orders and updating the ERP system promptly
- Collaborate within a team, working autonomously to maintain smooth warehouse operations
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, adhering to safety guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying best practices and assisting with quality audits

**About you**
- Able to accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring correct items and quantities
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software for order processing
- Committed to following safety procedures and maintaining a hazard-free work environment
- Flexible in handling unexpected challenges and changes in order priorities
- Ensuring products are undamaged and meet quality standards before dispatch
