Our purpose-built Campus is a fantastic service located at 44 Pacific Highway, in the heart of St Leonards with underground parking available and close to public transportation.
- Our campus has three dedicated outdoor areas for nursery, toddler and preschool featuring large ball pit, a sandpit, slide, monkey bars, a large bike track and a cubby house. Our preschool area is partially covered on the top level, with a beautiful view of the Sydney Tower and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
- Our six age-based indoor spaces are specifically designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements.

We are looking for a passionate Diploma Qualified Room Leader to join our team at Only About Children This is full-time position, working on rotating rosters at our beautiful St Leonards campus.

**About the role**

This role will see you working in collaboration with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment.
- Inspire children through play-based and interest focused activities
- Mentor a team of Educators through educational guidance
- Create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for children
- Plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF Ongoing records of the children's development
- Maintain an ongoing commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices.
