Are you a motivated hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and great service? **Hurlstone Park Hotel** is on the lookout for a **Full-Time Duty Manager** to join our dynamic team and help lead one of the Inner West’s favourite local pubs.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the venue
- Leading and supporting staff across bar, gaming, and floor
- Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
- Managing cash handling, stock control & compliance
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for staff and patrons

**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven experience in a similar hospitality supervisory or duty manager role
Current RSA & RCG certifications
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
A genuine love for people and the pub scene
