**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Paediatric Chronic Pain**team as a** Co-Service Lead,**where you will be responsible for:

- Leading the statewide Paediatric Chronic Pain Service, responsible for planning, delivery, and evaluation to ensure high-quality care for young people.
- Develop and coordinate services across acute, tertiary, and community settings, working with specialties such as gastroenterology, neurology, and oncology.
- Work closely with CEIH, health networks, government and non-government agencies to build a cohesive, statewide chronic pain care model of care excellence.
- Oversee research, data analysis, and service evaluation to guide evidence-based policy, strategy, and continuous improvement.
- Promote expert teaching, innovative education programs, and strategic partnerships with universities and consumers to deliver world-class care.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification and general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia within an Endorsed Areas of Practice - Clinical/Health
- Must hold approved supervisor status with the Psychology Board of Australia at all levels of supervision (primary and secondary).
- Proven leadership and management skills including high level strategic and organisational skills, decision making, negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional skills in communication (verbal and written), and teamwork and a significant capacity to present concepts clearly and concisely, provide expert specialist advice and consultancy to a diverse range of stakeholders.
