**Front Desk Agent - Motel (North Brisbane)**

We’re looking for a **cheerful, friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent** to join our Brisbane motel team. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, multitasking, and keeping guests happy during busy times. **Hospitality or front desk experience mandatory**

**What you’ll do**:

- Welcome guests with a warm smile and positive attitude
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
- Work independently and keep things running smoothly during peak periods
- Assist with daily administration and motel operations

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional under pressure
- Comfortable working alone and making quick decisions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer knowledge (booking systems, RMS etc)
- **Hospitality or front desk experience mandatory**

**Location**: Brisbane
⌚ Flexible shifts (including weekends and evenings)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.85 - $28.00 per hour
