**About the Role**:
As the **Fleet Manager**, you'll be responsible for driving fleet sales, building long-term relationships with local and national businesses, and delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You'll be the face of **Doncaster Hyundai**’s fleet offering; ensuring our clients get the right vehicles, the right packages, and the right support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Manage relationships with corporate and leasing customers
- Promote Hyundai's class-leading NEV range as a competitive fleet solution
- Provide expert advice on vehicle specs, finance packages, and aftercare
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fleet or business-to-business automotive sales role
- Strong understanding of the fleet market, including tax and funding options
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- A full Australian driving licence
