**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking a passionate and proven leader to join Believe Housing Australia. In this role you will assume operational management and people leadership of our Housing Programs suite of properties located across Adelaide's northern and western suburbs.

You will bring to the table a wealth of leadership experience, honed business acumen, and a deep understanding of the community housing landscape - all invaluable assets in this crucial role. You'll be entrusted with overseeing the operational management, quality and risk management, and people leadership of a dynamic team of approximately 20 staff.

With your guidance and expertise, you'll empower them to deliver exceptional service, navigate challenges effectively, and contribute to Believe Housing Australia's ongoing success.

**As a Senior Manager of Housing Programs, you will**:

- ** Lead and inspire**: Foster a collaborative and engaging team environment, guiding and developing your direct reports and staff to achieve their full potential.
- ** Be an operational expert**: Manage our Social and Affordable Housing Programs, including Tenancy Services, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and Housing Options functions, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- ** Drive strategic growth**: Develop and implement plans to expand our service offerings and partnerships, positioning us for sustainable growth and impact.
- ** Champion customer focus**:Ensure that residents are at the heart of everything we do, delivering exceptional service that fosters dignity and respect.
- ** Be a trusted partner**: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Property Management, Social Housing, or extensive experience in the field.
- Proven leadership experience in team management, staff development, and creating positive work environments.
- In-depth understanding of tenancy services and experience working within the community/social housing sector.
- A strong track record in delivering high-quality administrative support services.
- The ability to develop operational plans that consider risk, budgetary requirements, business development and organisational needs.
