We are working with a well-established global swimwear brand. Their lifestyle collections are designed to inspire everyone to holiday better
The brand is sold online, in over 30 retail stores, and partnered with leading retailers and hoteliers in the world. They cater to the International traveller, whether it be business or pleasure, and their business is built on relationships with those customers and provides a world-class service.
With offices across the world, they launched over a year ago in Australia and are keen to grow with junior talent passionate about fashion and travel.
**Job description - Sales Assistant**
You will be one of the faces of the brand across Australia while providing first-class service to all potential customers who enter the Bondi Store. You will play a crucial role in providing a world-class shopping experience to all customers and responding to enquiries.
There will be opportunities to build valuable relationships with customers and encourage sales to promote growth in the business.
**Key responsibilities - Sales Assistant**
- In this Retail Assistant job, your responsibilities will include:_
- Communicating with customers and helping with all inquiries, providing product recommendations, while ensuring all customers receive an incredible experience
- Drive customer engagement and sales opportunities
- Ensuring merchandise is organized correctly and keeping the store manager informed on the stock
- Maintaining store cleanliness
- Be passionate about providing an exceptional shopping experience for all customers
- Have fun and demonstrate your unique personality in styling customers and ensuring they are comfortable throughout the process
- Learn how to use POS system in an effective manner
**_37.5 hours a week across Monday - Sunday. You will have at least one weekend off a month._**

**Job requirements - Sales Assistant**
- Passionate about fashion
- A love for travel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Any retail, eCommerce, or Customer Service experience
- Ability to build rapport easily with various stakeholders
- Energetic and enthusiastic person who gets real satisfaction in helping people
- Excellent attention to detail and logical approach to work
- Super organised and proactive
- Tech-savvy - happy to pick up new tech systems
