We are now seeking an **Administration Assistant **to join the Finance & Insurance team at Southport.

**What the role entails**:

- Processing EFT's, refunds and payments
- Championing in-house systems and policies
- Processing data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide courteous, timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries
- Ad-hoc administration duties

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven administrative experience - Automotive industry preferred but not essential.
- High attention to detail and experience working in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Proven time management skills which are effective when under pressure
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel & computer skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook & Teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Fast Learner
- Excellent communication skills
