Hasbro is seeking an **Assistant Brand Manager** to join our Pacific team and support the brand marketing function to bring our leading toy and game products to Australian and New Zealand consumers

**As an Assistant Brand Manager you can expect to**:

- Support the implementation of brand plans and integrated marketing campaigns to achieve our commercial objectives
- Develop and maintain product line plans and pricing
- Report and analyse category and brand performance, A&P performance and ROI and inventory forecasts
- Support the development of brand presentations, media agency briefings and PR campaigns
- Assist eCommerce, Customer Marketing and Sales with execution plans including assets, samples and guidance on brand guidelines
- Administer purchase requisitions and invoice processing, track and monitor A&P spend
- Inform, inspire and excite all Hasbro functions and teams to build internal brand affinity
- Work flexibly, in a hybrid approach, with 3 days per week spent office based

**You will bring to the role**:

- 2+ years’ experience working within consumer goods and/or similar with a marketing or sales background
- A passion for products & brands, and understanding the consumer and shopper
- Comfort in analyzing data and financial reporting
- An organized approach and ability to manage multiple tasks and programs at once
- A proactive, solution-oriented and independent approach to work
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
