**About the Role**

Sharp and Carter are delighted to be partnering up with an iconic market leader in the Food industry. Seeking an enthusiastic and talented Assistant Brand Manager to join their dynamic marketing team in Sydney. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall brand strategy and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Brand Manager in managing the entire end to end brand strategy across ATL, BTL and Digital activities.
- Assist in developing and executing the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work closely with cross
- functional teams such as product development, design, and supply chain to ensure timely and successful product launces.
- Assisting in building and nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand assets, such as advertising materials and promotional content.

**About you**
- 2-3 years in a similar Brand or Marketing role.
- FMCG marketing experience ideally within food.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
