Job Title: Retail Assistant

Location: Mullumbimby, Northern NSW

Job Summary: Seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join quirky Phoenix Menswear. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist customers in locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
- Help promote sales and special offers.
- Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and dressing rooms.
- Participate in general housekeeping and tidying duties.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- **Shift Requirements**:

- Availability on weekends and holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills**: Ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- **Customer service experience minimum of 4 years**: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- **Basic math skills**: Ability to accurately handle cash and transactions.
- **Ability to stand, walk, and lift**: Ability to perform the physical demands of retail work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
