**About the Opportunity**

Ramsay Psychology Wollongong is seeking an enthusiastic and experience Practice Coordinator who is looking to take the next step in their career. This position will see you provide effective management of the consulting suites daily practice and operations as the Practice Manager.

The role is based within this state-of-the-art private mental health facility whereby you will provide support for a team psychologists and mental health professionals.

You will be joining a friendly team of professionals who will support you to learn and grow

**About You**

You will be a positive, responsible, self-motivated person with excellent people and telephone skills. You will possess highly developed relationship skills, commitment to customer service and a ‘can do’ approach.
- You will also demonstrate: _
- Proven experience in a similar role, specifically private practice
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Unwavering commitment to client confidentiality
- Confidence interacting with GP’s, Specialists, and other referrers to promote Ramsay
- Experience using Bluechip software (would be highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Tyro, and HICAPS systems
- Previous experience managing a busy Medical Consulting Suite
- Ability to undertake end to end Practice Manager function including management of Billings
