Position Summary This position is for a self-driven Quality Engineering Automation Lead who can work in a challenging Retail environment (Business to Business, Business to Customer) to develop, Test and debug software changes within the NCR R10 interface systems, take complete ownership for designing automation frameworks and preparing automation solutions for clients’ technology needs. Able to take decisions on key strategic topics. Should have minimum 14 to 18 years of experiences in this domain. As a DevOps Quality Engineering lead, will be responsible for streamlining the build, validation and implementing automated operational engineering/DevOps solutions for large and complext projects. Mandatory Skills - Strong experience in NCR R10 interface systems, Eagle Eye - AIR, Loyalty management system (LMS), Automation in design using TOSCA and Selenium with BDD framework, Strong retail domain experience and Agile methodology - Strong experience in Automation tools like Selenium, Tosca, C#, VB Script,.Net, CI/CD tools using Azure DevOps, JIRA, BitBucket, GitHub, Java, JavaScript, Python, Jenkins, Gen AI - Gemini, Copilot. Roles And Responsibilities - The position is for a self-driven Quality Engineering Automation Lead who can work in a challenging Retail environment (Business to Business, Business to Customer) to develop, Test and debug software changes within the NCR R10 interface systems, take complete ownership for designing automation frameworks and preparing automation solutions for clients’ technology needs - Define and lead the implementation of strategy, plans & execution - Recommends tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance quality (from development to acceptance) to support Salesforce Lightning Development process - You will design, build deploy and debug effective solutions which reduce overall time to market. - Evaluate new technology needs from continuous automation perspective. - Able to take decisions on key strategic topics. - Establish and evolve formal quality engineering practices, processes, methodologies, standards, and hygiene for agile development efforts. - Interact with both technical teams and business. - Proposed role requires more than 14 years of quality engineering experience. - Should have At least 12 years of experience with automation tools and more than 10 years of experience in one or more programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, VBScript. - Must have overall 6+ years experience in Cloud based Git services like BitBucket, GitHub or GitLab. Minimum 2 years’ experience in setting up and managing of Salesforce Users, Roles, Connected Apps, and Custom Object layouts is required. - Should have minimum 2 years’ experience in Salesforce bulk data management (both loading and cleanup) using Data Import Wizard or Data Loader. - Hands-on experience with NCR R10, Eagle Eye - AIR, Loyalty management system (LMS ) including the promotion campaign configuration and testing - Minimum 2 years’ experience needed with Salesforce’s Process Builder and Approval Process. - Should have experience in designing and managing layout changes for Salesforce Lightning Custom objects. - Experience in automation of Salesforce Lightning platform with Open Source tools preferably Selenium, Karate. - At least 4 years’ experience in service virtualization with Wiremock and Mock Lab. - Minimum 4 years’ experience in RPA with Automation Anywhere in design MetaBots and TaskBots is mandatory. - At least 7+ years of experience is designing continuous delivery automation frameworks. - Deep understanding of different automation approaches (keyword-driven, Data-driven, BDD, hybrid) and associated technology stacks. - Waterfall and Agile software development methodology experience.Exposure to working with and troubleshooting network infrastructure and systems (e.g. TCP/IP networking, DNS, SMTP,DHCP,DNS). - Design and implement End to End Project delivery Optimisation strategies enabling faster time to market. - Working with bleeding edge technologies in the retail POS - Point of Sale Space - Connect with a cross Vendor Teams of talented engineers Qualifications & Certifications: - BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING - Certified in TOSCA Automation Specialist level 1 - Certified in TOSCA Automation Specialist level 2 - Certified ISTQB Software Test lead Salary Range: >$100,000 Date of Posting: 6th June 2025
