**Role**:
The role involves assisting with basic cafe tasks under the guidance of managers and supervisors.

**Duties Include**:

- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Taking orders and preparing beverages such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Preparing and serving food items such as sandwiches, salads, and pastries
- Operating the cash register and handling cash and card transactions
- Cleaning and sanitizing the cafe, including tables, chairs, countertops, and equipment
- Restocking supplies such as napkins, cups, and utensils
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking
- Communicating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized storage area for supplies and ingredients
- Following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times
