We are seeking a Fresher/Junior Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills for a busy GP Clinic in Robina, which includes 5 Doctors, 1 Nurse, and onsite pathology.
This role is ideal for :
- Enthusiastic High School leavers who want to start a career
- Candidates who are persuing Certificate III in Business Administration to gain practical experience
- Candidates who are on School Holidays after their Year 10/11/HSC for Casual Role
As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
- Ensuring a smooth registration process
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
- Billing and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
- Providing GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with an exceptional phone manner
- Compassionate and caring in nature
- Positive and proactive attitude
- A willingness to learn and display initiative
- Time management, Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Neat and professional presentation
- Basic Computer Skills (We will train you to use of Medical Directory software)
