More importantly we have a great opportunity for dedicated **Personal Care Worker's** to join our team on a permanent part time basis.

We have a variety of shifts on offer for AM/PMand Night Duty - including weekends (**penalty rates**).

This is an excellent opportunity for you to further expand your skill set in a supportive & structured environment, whilst gaining job satisfaction.

**About the Role**

Reporting to our Registered Nurses, our Personal Care Workers are responsible for providing quality care to our residents. This includes:

- Providing direct care, support and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice.
- Working towards establishing positive relationships with our residents and working collaboratively within a team environment with an attitude of respect, integrity and teamwork.
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes.
- Responsiveness to reporting incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to RNs.

You will have the opportunity to develop your aged care career under the guidance and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within the aged care industry. You will receive hands-on training and support from our dedicated RNs, and Management team.

**About You**
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with residents, families and team members
- Current Flu & COVID Vaccination Record inc Booster
