We are looking for **Personal Care Workers** to work at our facilities based in South Australia.

This role is** Casual position**

**About the Role**:
As a **Personal Care Worker** you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

**To be successful, you will have**:

- At least 12 months' prior work experience (at least a minimum of 20 hours per week)
- Strong and clear verbal communication skills
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Experience in care role highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain during flu season)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
