Business Manager, Peregian Springs State School

**About the Role**:
As the Business Manager you will be responsible for the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing corporate services and administrative support to the Principal.
- You will work within well-defined guidelines to provide advice and offer solutions to key stakeholders (external and internal) on business related problems
- Demonstrate considerable autonomy in the provision of business services to the school, in an environment that at times exhibits a degree of complexity and frequently requires the interpretation of information and adaptation of processes.
- Provide support and leadership in the provision of a range of executive and administrative support services
- Undertake the day to day supervision and management of school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance; and role modelling performance standards
- Work collaboratively with Schools Facilities Manager and Cleaning supervisor within the Triple P setting.
The Business Manager reports to the Principal and liaises with Deputy Principals, Heads of Departments and Head of Curriculum & is an integral member of the School Leadership Team.
