**About the business**
Poolwerx is one of Australia’s most recognised, multi awarded and successful Pool and Spa care networks made up of retail stores and mobile vans. We are an innovative and customer centric business and have created a successful blueprint that powers our strong brand.
**About the role**
Not only does our Retail/Admin Assistant work for a multi-award winning organisation but they also drive and support our retail hub in Redland Bay. Our Retail Assistant has the ability to negotiate flexible hours to suit the business and their needs, however weekend work will be required. Opportunities also exist for our Retail Assistant to undertake a national recognised qualification as part of their employment with Poolwerx.
Our technical training program will complement our Retail Assistants already developed retail skill set. Day to day their primary focus is
- Water testing and advising clients on chemical & equipment solutions
- Stock control and merchandising
- Store opening and cash handling
- Retail reporting, inventory control and end of day tasks
- Purchasing, receipting and invoicing

**Skills and experience**
Our Retail Assistant has developed their skill set and experience to include:

- minimum 3 years experience within a retail environment
- are self-motivated and able to think on your feet
- can work unsupervised and manage competing priorities
- understanding inventory control and invoicing processes
- strong focus on Customer satisfaction

While previous retail experience is preferred we invite all hard working and honest individuals who are available for weekend work to apply.
