Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Support Commercial teams by maintaining customer deals, prices and product related points in CRM, the SAP system and with wholesalers.
- Key contact and support for sales employees on customer setup and advising on incentives and promotions.
- Maintaining buying group memberships and wholesaler account mapping.
- Customer loyalty and compliance analysis.
- Ad-hoc commercial analysis, data handling and reporting.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in; Commerce or Business.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health industry. A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration.
- Strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Effective time management and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
