We are seeking empathic and enthusiastic Support Workers who have extensive experience supporting people with complex behavioural needs and personal support needs in supported independent living. This role will be situated in the Caboolture area.

**Key requirements**:

- Have knowledge and experience working with Autism.
- Experience with complex and challenging behaviours is a must.
- Maybo training
- Passion and demonstrated experience in supporting people to live the lives they choose.
- Manual handling is a requirement of the role.
- Willing to support our customers with domestic duties.
- Capability to work in a small team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in report writing.
- Good computer skills in order to use online systems.
- Capacity to meet physical requirements of the job.
- Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current QLD Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screen
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First aid and CPR Certificates
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
