**About the role**

We are seeking an **Enrolments Advisor, HE** to join our team in **Sydney**. This is a **full-time, permanent**position responsible for managing student enrolments from initial enrolment through to course completion while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Student Enrolments & Records Management_
- Manage student records in the Student Information System (SIS) and PRISMS (Provider Registration and International Student Management System).
- Issue warning letters for non-payment of fees, non-commencement, or non-re-enrolment.
- Update student details and process course transitions.
- Compliance & Regulatory Requirements_
- Ensure compliance with TEQSA, ESOS Act, and National Code 2018.
- Maintain accurate student records in line with Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF) 2021.
- Support the Enrolments Coordinator in implementing policy changes related to academic progression.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in education, student administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in higher education administration, preferably in enrolments or student records. Knowledge of student management systems (e.g., SIS, PRISMS).
- Understanding of HESF 2021, ESOS Act, and National Code 2018.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
