Exhibition Event Build Supervisor

We are looking for someone to join our team, who will coordinate the install & dismantle of Events. The applicant should have a great attitude to hard work who wants to build their next career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Duties:
Coordinating the installation & dismantle of small and large scale events within project timeframes with limited supervision.

Effectively manage a team of Full Time and Casual crew members on site

Ensuring the safety and efficiency of your team

Delivering & maintaining high quality builds

General Warehousing including the preparation of outgoing stock, loading & unloading vehicles, delivery of equipment as required

Strong leadership ability, time management and people skills

Adhere to, and work within, company policy with a heightened awareness to WHS

Ability to adapt to changing conditions quickly and effectively

Hard working, hands on and proactive in your approach to work

Have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

Strong level of physical fitness & strength

Flexibility with working hours, overtime is required in high season with out of hours/weekend work common

Licenses & Experience

Medium Rigid Driver's License or greater with a safe driving history (highly desirable)

Forklift ticket (desirable)

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
