We are looking for an Information Security Officer to manage our ISMS, ensure compliance with security standards, and support business growth. You will lead security initiatives, manage risks, and promote security awareness across the organization. This role involves conducting assessments, overseeing third-party reviews, and driving continuous improvements.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with teams to manage and maintain the ISMS, creating policies, standards, and processes that promote security and growth.
- Ensure compliance with key regulations (PCI DSS, ISO27001, CPS 234) through proactive partnerships with stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of security strategies and risk management, while nurturing a supportive environment to maintain risk registers.
- Empower employees and partners through engaging security training and awareness programs.
- Conduct compliance assessments and work closely with teams to ensure timely, thoughtful responses to audits and reviews.
- Foster collaboration in third-party security assessments and continuous improvement of controls.
- Support tracking ISMS effectiveness and contribute to incident response and disaster recovery efforts with a solutions-focused approach.
- Contribute to resource and budget planning, helping the team succeed with thoughtful guidance.
- Work closely with colleagues, offering support, feedback, and clear, transparent communication.

**Requirement**:
- Strong knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
- Experience in risk management and maintaining risk within agreed tolerances
- Expertise in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Ability to identify and assess security risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Proficient in conducting security audits, assessments, and incident response
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to security threats
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in supporting business growth while ensuring the security of information systems.
