Onsite Construction Project Coordinator

_**Construction Project Coordinator Required**_

Glenstone is a builder providing high end residential and commercial construction services to the Blue Mountains and Greater Sydney area.

We are seeking onsite project coordinator to join our residential team, based across Greater Sydney locations.

This role will involve end to end delivery of high-end residential projects, but this specific project is a new home in Northbridge.

**This will include**:

- Project planning
- Budget management
- Risk management
- Personnel management
- Site management
- Client management.
- Safety and Quality management

**Personal Criteria**:

- Previous experience in residential projects as a Project Coordinator / Contracts Administrator role
- High attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
- Possess problem solving capabilities
- High focus on quality and safety across all projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel and Project
- Procore experience

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
