**_The Company_**

Located in Ormond, this family run bin hire business is looking for a switched on, “can-do” person to take over their Inbound sales, Customer Service and Logistics management in their Ormond Office. Their primary focus is service delivery at its best so this person needs to understand that and deliver

**_The Role_**

This part time role requires a clear communicator that is able to multi-task from screen to screen, keep their finger on the pulse and who is able to nurture and develop relationships with their customers. Responsibilities will include:

- Early start -7am (twice - three times a week)
- Shifts (7am-12pm or 12pm
- 4pm - flexible)
- Answering all enquiries, overseeing and executing all requests (Both telephonically on and online)
- Upselling the inbound calls
- Quoting, Booking and data entry of skip bin hire for delivery and pick up
- Managing and allocating jobs to drivers.
- Constantly monitoring and managing the drivers schedules, changing jobs between drivers when required to ensure the most logístically effective routes are selected and timelines and budgets are met
- Tracking vehicles through GPS
- Organising council permits for bins placed on council land
- Collecting payments from customers over the phone and confirming bin pickups
- Managing customer relationships through CRM ( training will be provided )

**_Key skills_**
- Advanced Excel, CRM experience an advantage
- Meticulous attention to detail, from listening to customers requirements, time lines, placement instructions, dimensions, to typing up notes for drivers and ensuring all jobs are booked as per requirements
- Problem resolution and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Experience in logistics would be extremely advantageous
- Used to working in a fast paced environment and ability to multi task

The hours are flexible except for the 7am start
You must also be able to work autonomously and sometimes alone in the office located near the Ormond Station.
