**Position Overview**:
**Working Arrangement**:
Primarily remote, with **1 week per month onsite** at our Stafford QLD office for team collaboration, workshops, reviews, and refreshments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct qualitative research: interviews, focus groups, and document analysis
- Support data processing: transcription, coding, thematic analysis
- Summarise insights into presentations and reports
- Maintain project timelines and records
- Work closely with research consultants to ensure consistency
- Contribute actively to team discussions and problem-solving

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree (or currently studying) in Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, HR, or related field
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Enthusiasm to learn qualitative research methods (preferred, not mandatory)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to develop professionally

Pay: $6,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
