Are you a passionate leader with a commitment to nurturing and educating young minds? We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to join our vibrant child care setting. We have multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the child care centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community to promote a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care and education.
- Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, staffing, and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a child care setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection qualifications as well as WWCC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
