**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Manager - Electrical Engineering & Operational Technology** to lead the strategic development and delivery of electrical and OT capability across our operations.

As part of the Technology Leadership Team, this role helps drive OT/IT convergence in line with Tassal’s Blueprint and 2030 Technology Roadmap. You'll play a vital part in shaping how advanced electrical systems, automation, and digital technologies work together to improve safety, performance, and sustainability outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead engineering management for the department infrastructure including HV power systems oversite.
- Oversee project management from scope definition to execution and operational readiness.
- Ensure participation occurs during commissioning to ensure operational effectiveness
- Drive delivery of commercially beneficial outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to Tassal’s Zero Harm initiative.
- Provide effective leadership in team engagement, contractor management, and reporting.
- Oversee and mentor a team of highly skilled technical engineers - develop and execute team and /or engagement strategies.
- Deliver and support decarbonisation initiatives

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant engineering qualification with desirable experience across HV/LV, energy consumption, automation, operational technology, cybersecurity, OT/IT networks and autonomous systems.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within electrical engineering or operational technology.
- Proven project and operational management expertise and commercial acumen.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and commissioning processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and foster innovation.
