We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Internal /External Blind Manufacturing/ Factory Hand to join our team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to contribute to our production processes and be an integral part of our manufacturing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in various manufacturing tasks, including assembly, machine operation, and quality control.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items if necessary.
