The technology graduate market is highly competitive. Each year in Sydney, we hire around 100 graduates to work for our leading enterprise clients. In this multi-faceted role, you will promote, manage, execute our FinXL graduate Associate Program.

As the Associate Program Account Manager, your passion and energy will see you champion our services in this space. You will take the lead in developing and driving various strategies to enhance client engagement levels.

With your expertise in the technology recruitment, consulting and/or technology graduate space, you will be the key driver in shaping the development and expansion of our Associate Program. Selecting the best of the best technology graduates to work with our enterprise clients on multiple engagements.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end graduate initiatives, including recruitment, selection, on boarding and ongoing learning/development, mentoring and performance management
- Lead and directly manage solutions to grow Associate Program sales within our major accounts
- Identify new opportunities to increase levels of client engagement utilising our Associate Program
- Contribute to the success of the Associate Program, by positioning and promoting FinXL at careers/graduate fairs, virtual expos/webinars and online presence

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Previous experience in technology agency recruitment or technology sales
- Experience with strategic and consultative selling
- Highly organised, conscientious, with strong attention to detail
- Personable and approachable style with an ability to communicate well at all levels
- You have a genuine passion for technology and an eagerness to stay on top of the latest industry trends
