**Service Advisor**.

**This role provides great earning potential - generous salary plus commission package and drive car**

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department. This position would be ideal for an experienced individual who is eager to further themselves within the premium automotive segment, however we would also be willing to provide training to someone new to the industry who has outstanding customer service skills.

**This includes the following**:

- Ensuring all customer requirements & commitments are met in a timely manner
- A customer-focused attitude committed to exceeding customer expectation
- Generate quotes and advise guests of any additional work that needs to be attended to.
- Actively monitoring the process of customers vehicles throughout the service department and providing them updates of the progress.
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience in a diverse customer service environment including face-to-face, phone and online customer contact
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role/ dealership environment (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, welcoming demeanour and a team player
- Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Current Driver's Licence
