**The Organisation**:
**Position Description**

With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent, part time basis, and cement strong relationships to facilitate company growth and success.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
- Allocating/receipting payments
- Reconciling all company credit card transactions
- Managing super, sick, annual, and long service leave reconciliations
- Daily cash flow analysis
- Managing calculations and payment of superannuation
- General administration duties

The successful applicant will have proven experience in Bookkeeping, as well as the following attributes:

- Strong people and communication skills
- Experience using Xero
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail
