Disclosure Specialist - Permanent full-time role in Sydney or Melbourne - True Flexibility - 40% in the office - Join our dedicated Distribution division **The Role** As a Disclosure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering member disclosure communications in a compliant and efficient manner across various BAU and project initiatives. You will execute effective stakeholder management, involving running communication walk-through meetings, seeking consensus on changes, and collating feedback from diverse stakeholders. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to governance standards, proactively manage risks, and prioritise the member experience, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment conducive to professional growth and development. **Key Responsibilities**: - Update and finalise disclosure communications accurately and in line with stakeholder requirements, adhering to specified BAU or project deadlines. - Manage stakeholders effectively by organising and facilitating communication walk-through meetings, gathering feedback, and seeking consensus on changes from various stakeholders. - Proofreading and document reviewing to ensure the quality and accuracy of disclosure materials. - Seek approval from senior stakeholders for finalised disclosure communications, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. - Proactively monitoring risk and assurance requirements within agreed risk appetite and managing non-compliance in a timely manner. - Maintain detailed records of document updates for both internal and external auditing purposes, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Utilise content management systems like Keystone or graphic design processes to update disclosure communications, following best-practice standards. - Advocate for members and prioritise their experience by delivering clear and effective communications, while also implementing appropriate governance measures and ensuring consistency in changes across documents and products. - Understand regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with bodies such as ASIC, and foster positive relationships with regulatory bodies. **To be successful in this role you will possess**: - Strong Senior stakeholder management experience - Keystone (preferred but not essential) - Solid Superannuation experience - Strong understanding of Superannuation policy and PDS documents - Project management skills - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and an excellent attention to detail - Adaptability and commitment to upholding the member experience **Benefits** - Development opportunities at an ASX top 200 company - A professional, supportive and friendly culture - A range of corporate and lifestyle benefits **The Business** Insignia Financial is one of Australia's leading wealth management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation.
