**Introduction**:
**The role**: This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Roster**: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 2:30pm (During School Term time)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Safety Supervisor**: Maintain and enforce strict adherence to food safety standards and regulations. Ensure all food handling procedures are followed meticulously to guarantee the safety and well-being of our customers.
- **Trade Certification**: Possess relevant certifications in food handling and safety. Experience and knowledge of local health regulations is highly desirable.
- **Customer Service**: Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service by training staff to deliver friendly, efficient service at all times. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure all meals meet our high standards of taste and presentation.
- **Working Independently**: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, making informed decisions that benefit the canteen operation. Manage inventory, schedule staff shifts, and handle administrative duties efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
