Casual/Part-time/Shift work/ Contractor

$27- $35 per hour

To be considered for this role you must have:
Must have ABN, Hold a Certificate III and IV Disability, Social Worker, welfare worker, or Diploma of Community Services.

Graduates are most welcome to apply, no experience is required.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of person-cantered support principles
- Caring nature and a friendly demeanour
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (within 5 years)
- NDIS Modules Certificate
- Relevant Industry Qualification Certificates (Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, etc.)
- First Aid (within 3 years) and CPR (within 12 months)
- National Police Check (valid within the last 6 months with a Sydney address)
- 100 Points of I.D. (Citizenship, Passport, Driver License, Medicare Card, etc.)
- Rights to work in Australia/Visas
- Car Registration
- Current Car Insurance
- Resume and Cover Letter
- Assisting participants with their NDIS goals and daily activities
- Breaking down everyday tasks, and helping them build a consistent routine
- Assist with personal hygiene,
- Plan and participate in community-focused activities
- Assist with in-home care
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
- Create an innovative approach to best interact with each participant's individual needs.
