Grand Group Services is a security solutions contractor based in New South Wales. Due to our growth within the Australian security industry, we are currently seeking someone who is experienced with administration and accounts based in Moorebank.

The suitable applicant must have previous customer service experience.

Duties of the role will include (but not limited to):

- Provide support when required to team members;
- Stationary, printing and scanning tasks;
- Maintaining office documents and databases; and
- General reception and administrative tasks such as cleaning, filing and phone enquires

To be successful

With a broad background in accounts and administration you possess the following skills and experience:

- Extensive knowledge of all functions in MYOB
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to use your own initiative, organise yourself and others.
- Strong eye for detail and an ability to double check your own work.

**Benefits**:

Immediate start is required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moorebank, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
