**Description**:
Our passionate and experienced Brisbane team service the full life cycle of a project including feasibility advice, civil design, project management and construction consultancy services. We’ve built a vibrant team culture and inspiring environment for our people to grow as we grow.
About the opportunity
This role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You’ll get to:
Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs
Creating 3D models
Developing and maintaining the engineering drawings database
Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation
Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils
About you

A diploma or certificate in engineering drafting or similar qualification (or working towards)
A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement
An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in civil drafting or a design consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
