We are the largest cancer charity in NSW and our point of difference is that we work across every area of every cancer, from research right through to support. **About the team** The Information Technology (IT) unit are a dynamic and high-performing team working with the latest cloud-based technologies to provide the organisation with an advanced and secure set of technology enabled capabilities. **About the role** The Product Owner CRM, is a full time 12-month parental leave contract, working from our Woolloomooloo office or one of our offices across the state. The role works as an integral part of a cross-functional information technology team to deliver value to our business stakeholders. Key responsibilities: - Defining the goals of Sprints and Releases, including the release date, content and any associated budgets - Creating, maintaining, prioritizing and sequencing the product backlog based on value-add - Work with stakeholders on business requirements and user stories, translating them into technical specifications (including estimates) for delivery. - Work with internal and external team members including offshore development teams to deliver on organisational needs. - Make changes to our core systems adhering to our change control and software development lifecycle processes. - Provide support for our core systems, including defects, requests and maintenance. - Conduct knowledge transfer of business logic and technical information to team members to ensure a high-quality product is delivered that meets business requirements. - Provide thorough unit-testing of deliverables and refactoring to ensure software efficiency and data integrity of systems. - Document system configuration, installation, incident reports and resolutions. - Facilitate training and coaching of superusers of our core systems for any new functionality delivered. **About You** Essential: - Relevant Tertiary qualifications. - 5 years + experience in a similar position. - Demonstrable experience in solution design and development of Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies. - Demonstrable experience of working with others to identify business requirements. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle management. - A proven track record of assuring high quality in development outputs. - Demonstrable use of Continuous Improvement principles. - Experience working in an agile environment. - Ability to work as part of an effective and highly skilled team. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical people and all levels of stakeholders.
