Toowoomba, Australia Blue Kite Support Services Full time

At Blue Kite Support services, our purpose is driven by a passion for creating vibrant and fulfilling lives for individuals with disabilities, as well as those of our team. Founded by a husband-and-wife duo with personal connections to the industry, our journey is inspired by our deep love for human connection, healthy living, mental well-being, physical fitness and nurturing creativity. These elements form the heartbeat of our organisation, guiding us in our mission to impact the disability industry in a positive way.

**Our Core Beliefs**:
We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves to experience the richness of life. In recognising the potential for immense suffering caused by a lack of mental stimulation, limited community engagement, poor dietary choices, and limited physical activity, we’ve set out to redefine support services.

**Thinking Beyond Conventions**:
Our approach is unconventional because we understand that one size does not fit all. We refuse to be confided by traditional norms. Instead, we think outside the box, tailoring our services to the unique needs and aspirations of each individual. Our goal is to uplift and inspire, leaving a lasting positive impact on the lives we support.

**A Vision for Change**:
Blue Kite Support Services envisions a world where the disability industry is not just a service but a source of inspiration. We are committed to leaving the industry in a better state than we found it because, ultimately, that’s the point.
